Payments
The entry fee is paid through an external provider, to be confirmed. The festival doesn't see your card details.
Lab
The photo you add to the lab stays on your device. We don't receive it and we don't save it.
Minors
In the form, anyone under 18 can submit a film only with an authorisation signed by a parent, as the WAIFF 2027 rules require. Age limits for WAIFF Napoli will be set out in the rules.
Who gets the data
The people who organise the festival, the selection committee and the jury see it, each for what they need. Technical providers for the website, email, film uploads and payments process it on our behalf.

Your rights
You can ask to see your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its processing, receive it in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format, object to its processing and withdraw any consent you've given. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
